On 12th to 16th November QVC celebrated a very special event – launch of the Diversity and Inclusion code. Many of our team members signed the code and decorated their desks with colorful balloons to show their support for the idea. The code was developed by a group of team members who strongly believe in the idea of inclusive community that creates equity and sense of belonging to every team member, business partner and customer and promote D&I among our team. Our leaders strongly supported the idea and spoke about importance of D&I during the town hall on Friday. We are proud to be a part of the team that believes everybody deserves respect, regardless their age, ethnicity, gender, physical and mental abilities, race, religion, family background, life experiences or sexual orientation.
